Robert’s purpose is to create images that will be cherished by families and endure for generations to come.  He achieves his extraordinary photographs through the artful use of lighting combined with the extreme versatility of digital photography.  As with all the best photographers, even the most natural looking photographs use lights to bring out the drama of the scene or character of the people he is photographing.  Most sessions are held in his studio in homely surroundings, using simple black or white backgrounds, so the eye focuses on the faces and relationships of the people seen through his lens
